Profile:

I’m interested in an institution that follows the quality of education and excel in its performance, where a university or a college is doing well, so it is the right place that I can do my level best. I may summarize the profile in the following points:

(i)    Teach in ways that respond to students needs, and engage students in the development of knowledge and skills, in the context of a university’s strategies and policies.

(ii)    Collaborate and share responsibility and decision-making with colleagues in teaching teams, possibly taking responsibility for a co-delivered unit in a developing capacity and with the assistance of a mentor.

(iii)    Take individual responsibility for setting learning objectives and outcomes, course assessment tools, developing teaching resources and materials which support effective learning in line with a university’s guidelines and course requirements.
